Q: Is AusFile free?
We offer two tiers of service, free and paid. You can use the free service as long as you want. Upgrade to premium when you feel ready, or just continue to enjoy the benefits of a free account as long as you want. We think once you experience our basic service, you will be excited to step up to the next tier and take advantage of our numerous paid advantages.

Q: What are the limitations on a free AusFile account?
Our free accounts give you access to 50 KB/S download speed, 1 parallel download, and the ability to upload files as large as 1 GB. Free accounts offer you basic functionality and a great way to preview the service, but upgrading gives you access to abundant extra features and benefits which are not included at the free level.

Q: Why should I sign up for a AusFile premium account?

Q: What are AusFile premium plans?

Q: How do I pay?
You may pay for AusFile premium using your credit or debit card.

Q: I have a problem accessing my account. What should I do ?
We suggest you to use the forgot password link to generate or reset your new password with the help of the confirmation link sent to your registered email ID.

Q: How safe are my stored files on Ausfile ?
All our users files are completely safe as users get to decide how or where to share their files. The files are not accessible publicly and downloadable only when the uploader share it.

Q: I can’t find the verification email in my inbox. Please help !
We would advice you to check both inbox as well as spam/junk folder to locate verification mail from Ausfile. Also please make a note that it make delay certain times for the email delivery. So please be patient and check the mailbox after 5-15 minutes.

Q: How can I change my password ?
As previously mentioned, you may certainly use forgot password link in case you do not remember the old password OR login to your account and you may locate the change password option under your profile.

Q: Is it secure to use my credit card to make payments on Ausfile ?
The connection is SSL Encrypted and YES, it is 100% safe, anonymous and secure to pay via your credit card.

Q: I have paid through my credit card but my account is not upgraded.
Please wait for 15 minutes or so for the changes to be effective but if your account continues to be free, contact support including the last 4 digit of your credit card number with the date of transaction in your message. We usually respond with 24 to 48 Hours.

Q: How do I rename/copy/delete or otherwise edit my files?
Please login to your account. You can edit, rename, move, copy and delete all of your files from the File Manager menu.

Q: How do I cancel a recurring subscription?
To cancel a recurring subscription, please login to your account and under your Profile section, you may find the option to cancel or turn off your subscription.

Q: My files are being deleted randomly. Please help!
A fair usage policy applies to uploaded files. If we find it to be violating any of our policies then we may delete them without your prior permission. We advice you to go through our terms of service being uploading to our service and strictly follow them.

Q: How do I use FTP to upload files ?
You may find the FTP details under your Profile. Use it to connect to our servers via FTP client.

Q: I’m not able to connect through FTP.
Please allow 1 to 24Hours for the FTP to set up for your account after signing up. If the issue persist, contact support team including your username/password.

Q: I’ve downloaded the files but unable to open it. It gives me error.
We do not have control over these errors. We suggest you to contact the person who provided you the link.

Q: My account has been suspended / banned, Please help!
Please note that ownership of multiple accounts, spamming or other acts of misconduct are not permitted on our website. We reserve the right to temporarily / permanently ban or suspend your account for the above act. If you feel that this has been done in error and you haven’t violated any of our terms then write to our support team with enough evidence to support your statement.
